The site is completely up to date with the information about the Sochi Olympic games and what it takes to become an Olympian. When a mind set that is so crazy to even understand. You work and train for 4 years of your life for a race or meet that last seconds and comes down to seconds.

The illustrations and evidence in the site shows the reader about the Olympics and what sports physiology really is and the effects it has on the athletes.There are also other sites listed in the web page that can take you to other information all you have to do is click the mouse.
